Rooting for RACHEL! A fund raising event benefitting Rachel Sconza, who is suffering the effects of a devastating brain injury, will be held on Friday, September 9th, 7 pm until 12 midnight at 115 Bourbon Street. Please save the date and we hope you can participate in some way. After School Care:

Hours of Operation:  2:50 - 6:00 pm Regular School Days

 

  No Care Available: Half Days and the day prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter Breaks

 

Registration Fee: (nonrefundable)            $25.00/per child

 

Rates:                         $7.00/hour for 1st child

                                    $5.00/hour for each additional child

                                    $10.00/hour per child not registered in program

Late Payment Fee:   $10.00

 

Billing Information:

You will be billed by the hour.

A weekly bill will be sent home with your child on Friday.

Payments are due the following Mondays.

 

Attendance Information:

Attendance sheets will be sent home on a monthly basis.

Due to safety concerns, changes to the schedule are not encouraged.  If a change is needed, you must notify Karen McKee of any changes before After School Care starts for that day.

 

Reminders:

After School Care is held in the Primary Center

All children must be signed out before they leave.

If payments are not received by the following week, your child(ren) may not attend After School Care until all fees have been paid.

All children are to picked up by 6:00 p.m.

 

 

SCHOOL HOURS

Morning session                   8:20-11:35 am

Lunch break                          11:35 - 12:15 pm

Afternoon session               12:20 - 2:55 pm

Half-Day                                 8:20-11:35 a.m.

 

After School Care     2:50 - 6:00 pm Regular School Days

No Care Available:  Half Days and the day prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter Breaks

 

Preschool session   8:30a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Preschool students coming to school with older siblings may enter the Early Childhood building at 8:15 am where there will be teacher supervision.

 

During normal school hours, all doors are locked. All visitors must enter at the Hoyne Ave. entrance and ring the bell. Visitors must sign in at the Main Office and receiver a visitor’s badge.

 

School Visitation

Families interested in enrolling their child/children at Christ the King School may schedule a tour with the principal.  Appointments must be made at least one (1) week in advance.
