Rooting for RACHEL! A fund raising event benefitting Rachel Sconza, who is suffering the effects of a devastating brain injury, will be held on Friday, September 9th, 7 pm until 12 midnight at 115 Bourbon Street. Please save the date and we hope you can participate in some way. Christ the King Catholic School State Health Policies

  

State School Health Policy

 

The State of Illinois requires that the school have on file a physical examination record for all children entering school for the first time and going into fifth grade.

Students must be in compliance by October 15. Students whose records are not on file by October 15 will be excluded from school.
